In a 2nd way, mirrors are used to gather sun radiations. These rays provide heat to a fluid, which results in steam, which is then used to give energy and run a turbine and produce electricity.

After generating solar energy, it is required to store this energy for long-term use. Different batteries are used for this purpose. Lithium-ion phosphate batteries are widely used for the fact that they store energy for the long term as compared to other batteries. Lithium-ion batteries are used to power a variety of devices.

The advantages of Lithium-ion phosphate batteries include their safety and low-cost benefits. As compared to other types of batteries, a lithium iron phosphate (LFP) battery which is a famous form of the lithium-ion battery, it can charge and discharge at rapid rates. Buses, passenger cars, logistics vehicles, and low-speed electric vehicles use these batteries as energy storing devices.
